Listing Marketing Coordinator - Carlson & Co. Real Estate, 2014-Current

Under the direction of the broker, coordinates the online marketing of listings for sale. Writes descriptions, uploads photos and updates information as needed for listings. Designs brochures, flyers and presentations for listings. Innovated a new way to design and send HTML reverse prospecting emails instead of system generated, plain text emails; this has resulted in multiple requested showings within minutes of sending. Researched options for savings on new website.

Contract Graphic Designer - North Carolina Virtual Public School, 2013-Current

Refreshed the branding of the schools website, learning management systems and social media, creating a streamlined and cohesive look between all. Worked with stakeholders to revise interface design. Updated website content for 10+ division leaders. Created sub branding for an inner division, designing for multiple projects and courses. Worked interdisciplinary with the school leadership team to create and propose the first rebrand with major web redesign of the school.

Lead Graphic Designer - Parker Medical Associates, 2012-Current

Designed and developed new corporate identity. Consulted with marketing manager to develop a branding strategy and creative direction for a rebrand as well as new product line introductions. Designed logos, packaging, product literature, stationery and education materials. Worked with a number of printers in order to get the perfect product for client through print and color checks, along with workflow optimization.

Marketing Lead - NCVPS Peer Tutoring Center, 2012-2015

Volunteer position with 1100 logged hours in branding, design, video editing and creative direction. Implemented a logo with existing student artwork, created announcements to be posted by teachers in courses served. After seeing brand awareness and communication, rebranded the NCVPS Peer Tutoring Center, and created the campaign, We Are Students Helping Students. Updated and created all new promotional material and marketing videos. Developed Brand Guidelines for future marketing leads and help to follow in order to continue consistent brand.
